1) During excess increase in the nutrients in any water boby it triggers the growth of certain plankton and pyrophytes called algal bloom. Pyrophytes like Dinoflagelletes cause red tides which make the sea appear to be red.

2) Anything subject to reuse can retain and regrow microbes dangerous to health unless scrupulously cleansed harmful to the environment
