Disguised unemployment is a situation in which a person is visually employed but actually he is unemployed.

Example- Ruler area

On a field 8 labours are working but there is need of only 5 labour. Then the 3 extra labours are unemployed.

Urban area

In a shop extra number of people are employed than the required number of people. Then, the extra number of people are said to be unemployed
