PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION OR PIL IS A FORM WHICH CAN BE FILLED INDIVIDUALLY OR BY A GROUP OF INDIVIDUAL TO APPEAL IT TO SUPREME COURT.THE MAIN MOTIVATION OF PIL IS WELFARE OF PUBLIC.

PIL:-

Under PIL a person or a group of person can go to the supreme court of India for the protection of any public interest.

Important:-

It enable the people to protect their rights against any action of executive or legislature.
