E.g Cryptocurrency it does not form a part of any of the above mentioned lists but is a game changer in the future scenario so laws considered to regulate and the power to enact them is called residuary power. A residuary power is a power which is retained by a government authority after certain powers have been delegated to other authorities. There are three lists according to which the government distributed its power. Which are:-
