right to constitutional remedies is the right to move to the court on the violation of a person's fundamental rights. this safeguards the individual liberty of a person. by this right, the supreme or High courts can issue writs to enforce the fundamental rights. some examples of writs are: writ of haebus corpus, mandamus, writ of prohibition, writ of certiorari, quo warranto.
