What do you understand by setting agenda by media? What kind of affect does it have on democracy? Give examples

Setting agenda by media is one of the means of doing it but too vague .Leaders should approach their citizens who are their employers ad tell them about their plans .Setting agenda on the media in nothing but a sense  of propaganda since people only believe what they see .Bring the people on the drawing board ,tell them of the short comings that they see and show them the way forward and hoe that is going to be achieved .By doing this all the people believe in it since they have a green light  to what your intentions are .
