What do you understand by swadeshi what were the major areas of its important

When India was under British Rule, then between 1900-1920 the concept of Swadeshi took place in our freedom fighter’s movement. Swadeshi movement focussed on boycotting the imported things and starting producing indigenous things for themselves, so that they could get employment and self achievement. And this will effect sudden impact on British business and economy.

The main sector of Swadeshi movement was Textiles industry, indigenous and indian traditional teaching and learning. Etc.
