What do you understand by the concept "freedom of speech and expression"? does it cover hate speech also? why do the films in india stand on a slightly different plane from other forms of expression? discuss?

freedom of speech and expression means that u have the right to express ur feelings and if u feel that something is not proper u can raise ur voice and there is no need to feel scared of anything
if u feel that ur right is being violated u can approach the court
yes it does cover hate speech
that is bcoz people don't have proper knowledge of what to do and what not to do people all here work money and not to actually do work

The concept of 'freedom of speech and expression' refers to the fundamental right that citizens of India are entitled to.


It refers to the fact that one has the basic right to express how own opinion but it should not be disrespectful towards any other member on the basis of religion, caste, creed, sex.
