Underemployment:It can be defined as a person not having enough work to do as per his qualification or expertise.

This also means the higher educated youths with a Master or Bachelor degree doing a lower category of job or not being used to full capacity in a job.

Urban areas - industries hire workers for a short period of time, As a result,  skilled workers now work as a part-time job. In rural areas – the poor peasantry is efficient but large in number, so they are hired in large number with poor salary.
