What does Amoeba eat?

Amoeba which belongs to protozoa and which does not eat actually engulps the food particles in the water or on the surface.
This Amoeba is also a scrubber like living organism which slides towards it's food and engulps them as WBC engulps the dead virus .

An amoeba cell engulf apiece of food by surrounding it with pseudopodia and then pinching of apiece of membrane around the food.
