Antonia being a true and loyal friend of Bassanio, advise Bassanio to take money from any money lender on Antonio's Name to impress Portia . And Bassanio takes money from Shylock, the enemy of Antonio. Shylock being a enemy of Antonio forces him to sign a bond according to which if Antonio does not pay the money within 3 months, Shylock will be empowered to take a pound of flesh from Antonio's any body part. As Antonio's ship were out at sea, the ships lost and Antonio could not pay money back to Shylock and according to the bond Shylock would be taking flesh from his body.
According to this part, it's clear that Antonio gets hurt from Bassanio.
