What does decline in real wages means?

It means that the value of wage decreases due to increase in prices of essential goods.
For Example:In 1905 Revolution of Russia,Wages of workers declined by 20% because the prices of essential goods increased a lot.......
Agar sidhe sbd me baat Karen...to maan lijiye ke Aapko 100 rupees as a wage milti h...or koi saman for ex-Soap 20 rupees ka Milta h....per achanak se soapp ka price 20 RS see badhkar 40 RS ho gaya....or aapka wage to utna hi..h... yaani Aapko...usi 20 RS vaale saaman ke liye ab apne 100 RS ke wage see 40 RS Dene honge.....Yaani ki ultimately aapka wage kam ho gaya.....
