Disease is something which makes a person physically or mentally ill. it doesn't have any shape or size or appearance factors. it can only be seen in human beings through symptoms such as cough,cold, yellowing of eyes, fever, vomitting, etc.

There are various factors that influence whether a disease can be mild or deadly. We say we are struck with a disease when we feel some change or abnormality in our body which has a negative impact on our normal functioning. It drains us out of energy and disables us from performing daily chores.When we fall sick, we exhibit certain signs of discomfort. These signs are called symptoms and help in the diagnosis of a disease. Some common symptoms are:

Headache

Fever

Nausea

Diarrhoea

Cold

Cough

Loss of appetite
