DNA molecule contains adenosine guanosine tyrosine and cytosine. and it is present in condensed form when it's not dividing winded to the histone proteins ( histone octomers)

DNA is present in both dividing and non dividing cells. In non dividing cell, the chromatin threads contain DNA which later condense to form chromosomes during dividing phase . DNA is a genetic material present in all cells
