Any sexually arousing stuffs results in testosterone rush and subsequesnt oxytocin and several relaxing hormones. This results in increased blood flow to arteries of penis. At this stage, Corpora Cavernosa and Corpora Spongiosum helps in erection of penis.

Thus it result in hard and large penis. This is Penile erection
