I haven't read that chapter but then I can surely help you to frame an outline for your answer. Every Coach wants his disciples to be the best. For that he guides his student through the losses through the wins strains and stress. Biggest gift that a coach can give to his students aren't the medals but the desire to succeed no matter what. So a coach always tells his student to work hard, in the hope of reward. As Olympics is something that is really very important for an athlete coach makes sure that his disciple goes with the very best practice and fitness and not only the athlete but a coach too, wants his athlete to win gold.
So what a coach must be telling his disciple is ' if they say you can't do it then you must do it'
*hope this helps you, I tried my best*☺
