What does it mean,"It is common to find many organised sector enterprises in the unorganized sector.They adopt such strategies to avoid taxes and refuse to follow laws that protect labourers" ??Pls explain the sentence clearly in English!!!!!!!Its urgent plzzzz!!!!!!

Many enterprises who are considered as the workers in organized sector invest more money in unorganized sector like private companies etc...
this is bcoz to to get lots of profits with less investments n flexible laws..
if they work in this way they are available with flexible Labour laws ..by this they can get huge profits..
flexible in labour laws means the enterprises can hire laborers when they are needed. so money saves get profits..
