Most people tend to deal with conflict differently and the way they deal with it truly reflects upon the personality they tend to have.
The conflicts people tend to face have an effect on the life experiences of a person and that in turn serves as a main factor for the growth and development of a person.
If a person tends to think through a situation instead of taking part in a conflict it can be said that they are calculative and cool minded.
