Hi there,
"The boy who broke the bank" is a little interesting story by Ruskin Bond. This story is about a boy who was working in a bank named Peepalnagar who was a broom there. The bank manager was overdue to pay him for the job. The bank collapsed and the rumor was that it was due to the unpaid boy, because the boy did not get the money. People assumed that the bank did not have the money. People were worried about their money. The story is based on the fact that rumors and lack of communication can cause many problems and can be destructive.
Hope it helped.
