The constitution says with regards to equality:-

Our constitution says that all people or citizens of our country are equal. As per our Indian constitution nobody is unequal. Everybody has rights to live happily and enjoy the remedies of our country. Because our constitution is secular and democratic. In our constitution all the people is equal in the eyes of law. Our constitution tell us that discrimination , untouchability, misuse the dignity of any citizen can't be disrupted. We can can't discriminate on the basis of caste, religious, gender, colour etc.

Yes, it is true because the law of our constitution allow us to mingle with people without any discrimination. Ap per the law of our constitution everyone can enjoy the rights (I) Right to freedom (ii) right to live happily in our country with any disturbance or intercept (iii) right to raise up our voice against the government when our government is doing wrong something to us (ii) right to freedom for contradiction and any harrasment or exploitation against the corruption (iv) right to enjoy the law of constitution (v) right to remedy of our constitution. For example every children is given good education is the first right as per the law.
