As Bharata said to Rama about Dasaratha , the Tiger King has reached that final abode of all living creatures .

Here, final abode means the final habitat or heaven. Heaven is the final abode of all living things. Thus, Dasaratha meant that the tiger king had died.

Bharata is younger brother of Rama came to Rama during the time Rama was in Vanvasam (life i n the wild) with Seetha and Lakhshmana.  Then he informed Rama that Dasaratha is Dead.  

Tiger king means Dasaratha.   The final abode for all good living creatures is the Heaven or the world of all divinely beings.  In hindi one says  "Swargasth hona" for reaching the final abode.
