Steven White, Knows the difference between states of matter, apparently most don't. From what I could gather on my research on the moon in another unrelated area it tastes and smells like gunpowder. "The taste apparently is also very similar to gunpowder, according to Apollo 16 astronaut Charlie Duke."

Hope u like the ans.. Plse Mark me as brainlist

Answer:

Feel it—it's soft like snow, yet strangely abrasive. Taste it—"not half bad," according to Apollo 16 astronaut John Young. Sniff it—"it smells like spent gunpowder," says Cernan. Once their helmets and gloves were off, the astronauts could feel, smell and even taste the moon.
