Answer:
It tells the Mugal empire's love for its queen, awareness of earthquakes, and optical illusion.
Explanation:
The Taj Mahal tells us a lot about the Mughal Empire.
- Shah Jahan built the Taj Mahal for his dearest wife Mumtaz Mahal, who died giving birth to Shah Jahan's 14th child. Marking it the epitome of forever love.
- The way Shah Jahan created the Taj Mahal is very fascinating. This is because the Taj Mahal has 4 pillars on either side of the base. These 4 pillars are not vertically up straight, instead, they have been slanted away from the Taj Mahal itself. Many say this is because, if there was ever an earthquake to happen, then the pillars would fall on the ground rather than collapse on the Taj Mahal. This was quite intelligent. As it proves that the Mughal Empire was aware of earthquakes.
- In addition to this, the Taj Mahal has an optical illusion, this confuses many people who visit the Taj Mahal. You see before reaching the base of the Taj Mahal, you have to pass the orange-colored building. When a visitor is at the start of the orange building he thinks that the Taj Mahal is nearer but as the visitor goes into the orange building, the Taj Mahal seems to have moved further away. This is because the Taj Mahal's actual doorway and the doorway of the orange building are symmetrical and the same, so they are the same in shape and size.
