what does this fig show ?how do ends of solenoid behave ?draw themagnetic field line around the solenoid?

It shows that current is being passed through the solenoid thus it attains the magnetic powers and becomes a temporary magnet having the properties of a magnet till the current passes through it... The right end is a South pole coz current moves in a clockwise direction where as the one is north pole....
