 That symbol means

The integer or  (numericals) in LHS (left-hand-side) is less than (<) or equal (=) to numericals in RHS(right-hand-side),.

Eg:

x<y (or) x = y,. but not, x> y (x is not greater than y )

sivaprasath: gramatical error,.
Rita07: no...
sivaprasath: then>?
sivaprasath: inequality,.relation between values; a ≤ b means "a is less than or equal to b"
Rita07: I now discovered that the sign for which I asked didn't mean "greater than or equal to". rather it meant "less than or equal to"
sivaprasath: I am not good in english, sorry,.
sivaprasath: but,I am good in mathematics,.
Rita07: now its right....( °ur comment)
sivaprasath: ok,.
Rita07: its ok...
