There is no evidence for the origin of life, OoL, from inanimate matter.The construction of life is another issue: all life comes from the same chemical elements that constitute all matter and arose from solar processes of time.
1. 5. A cell membrane that encapsulates the cellular elements is required, even for the simplest entity, otherwise the cell interior is exposed to an open system and will never survive. All elements of the first cell can not simply be enclosed within some lipid layer because there must be engineered bi-directional flow of waste and nutrients, so a simple cell membrane is not enough.
6. There are no naturalistic processes capable of any level of synthesis of more than the simplest elements of a living entity.
