final speed, v = 25 m /s ;

distance, S = 10 m

Force, F = ?

=> Lets find acceleration first by using below formula to get extra force:

v² = u² + 2*a*S

25 * 25 = (5*5)+2*a*10

a = 30 m/s²

=> Force:

F = m*a

F = 900 * 30 = 27,000 N

Thus, Extra force developed by car should be  27,000 N.
