What facilities does the government provide to the poor for seeking judicial justice?consult a lawyer and get the information?

Explanation:

Free Legal aid is  the assistance for persons (poor and marginalized) who cannot afford access to the courts/legal representation. Legal aid is deemed necessary in order to ensure access to justice through equal treatment before the court/law, the right to representation and the right to a reasonable trial

In the year April 2017 the Law ministry set-up with 3 initiatives with the aim of extending legal aid to marginalized, vulnerable, and poor communities.

The 3 initiatives are as under-

1) Pro bono Legal Services: A web-based initiative that can be accessed via a website using which litigants from poor and marginalized communities who are unable to afford legal services can apply for legal advice and aid  from pro bono lawyers.

2) Tele-Law service: It aims to offer for legal advice to marginalised , poor, and vulnerable communities via an expert panel of attorneys at State Legal Services Centres (SLCA). It helps to connect lawyers with litigants through video conferencing via the common service centres (CSCs)

3)‘Nyaya Mitra: It is a scheme that aims at reducing the problems of pendency of cases
