factors important for personality development are :

1. Out of all factors responsible for personality development, parental influence is the most important one. The way parents behave with their child, how much he is allowed to socialize, all these have a great bearing on child's mental growth. Thus parents should take care to become good models to the children's.

2. Besides home environment school environment also play's important role. Once a child starts going to school he learns how to interact and deal with peers. a great bearing on child's mental growth.

3. personality development is more observed during childhood, when people are experiencing Rapid physical, emotional and intellectual growth.

4. childhood experience is a major role in determining is future development.
