● A constitutional violation is an action or legislative act that is judged by a constitutional court to contrary to the constitution , that is , unconstitutional.

● Institution refers to the mechanism of social orders.

● Five major institutions are political , educational, economy , family and religion.

● Social institutions are the example of Institutions.
