Indian youth are always very specific to their goals . Most of the youth wants government jobs and vacancies because of the reason that it is quite a reliable job and you get permanent easily as compared to other job. This is why you see a huge line while applying for a government job because everyone wants to atleast apply for it.
There is another factor affecting that who much a person is educated . Because an educated person want to be in a higher seat than others and will always be seen to try for it. He knows his worth of being educated.
The other factor includes the salary . There is simple law in society the higher the salary higher will be the attraction in it and vice versa also..

If a person wan not rich and dreams for having a better future all his life he will look for only a high paying job
Some people wants a job where they can reshape them self so they will look for a job that is creative
