what feeling do you have for the people who are disabled

The persons which are handicapped or disabled , are mainly ignored by others.
The persons never give them a chance to increase their status or ability.
I have some sympathy for them. When I saw these types of persons , I just want to help them by any means.
In my views , all should help these types of person. No one have right to make jokes on them.....
