1. Poverty- Poverty is one of the driving forces that children from a very tender age are made to work. They work in various places where the situation and conditions to work are not favorable and they have to face some unpleasant experiences.

2. Lack of education- Without knowledge and education, they are unable to structure their career. In poor households, at the age of schooling, they are already working to support their families.

3. Lack of knowledge about their rights- Due to a lack of awareness of their human rights, and rights as a child, they fail to protest against any exploitation that they face.
