No Insurance receiving: Those who are new in the employment with no job history and currently seeking job

Insurance recieving: Those who have some job experience but not currently employed

The entrants to the labour force is mainly filled by the youth, This are fresh and ambitous  minds from the colleges and the univerrsities that are ready for work and can bring out a very commendable impact in our industrial sectors, They have abilitie to work for longer hours due to energy, they however need  the supervision from the seniors to ensure that theuy are doing the right thing.
