What happen if all the dna present in our body will work ?

This depends entirely on how the DNA is rewritten. If it's a tiny change to a random spot, nothing is likely to happen. But even a tiny change in a critical area can mean instant death. For something as drastic as a gender change, I suspect the changes would have to be gradual to keep everything working throughout the process. If the changes are well-thought-out, I suppose it might be possible to swap out the entire genome without any harm.
