what happen if diaphragm is no there in body

Answer:The diaphragm is a large muscle that separates the thoracic cage (the area where your lungs are located) from your abdomen. When the diaphragm contracts, the volume of the thoracic cavity increases and air is drawn into the lungs. Without a diaphragm any living mammal would not be able to breath
