What happen if we travel overnight in the bus?

travelling overnight in a bus is of no big concern .The only problem will be that it will interfere with our daily rhythmic clock .It is the natural clock of our body which tells us when to sleep and when to wake up.Hence ,the results are minor eg restlessness, exhaustion, drowsiness ,etc.
