(1) the fertilisation takes place and female get pregnant.
(2) the egg comes out in the form of blood through vagina called mensuration.

Pregnency occur when fertilisation takes place . In case if there is no fertilization then then the process of menstruation starts. In which blood along with the uterus linning shed off from the body.
