What happen to real life is there no convex mirror exists

If there was no convex mirror then there would be accidents on roads as it is used as rear view mirror in vehicles.

if there would be no convex mirror exists then.
1) there would not exist any shaving mirror and it would be difficult to shave beards.
2) there will be more car accidents because then there will be no rear view mirror.
3) doctors would have been facing problem in seeing the affected dental areas because there will not be any watching mirror for it.
