it blosts.. due to pressure exerted by our hands. As the pressure make the area of ballon to decrease and as the air cant stay in a limited area it blosts

When an inflated balloon is pressed using hands then the volume inside the balloon decreases in size and the pressure inside the balloon increases.

The increase in the pressure inside the balloon result in the bursting of the balloon, releasing the air inside the balloon.
