when a light ray fall perpendicularly on a surface of mirror
Visible light photons don't react with each other when they collide. They just pass through each other.

the normal ray is formed on imaginary line at 90°.when an object is kept in front of mirror the reflection will be on same direction as they are kept in 90°.so angle of incidence is 0 if angle of incidence is 0 then the angle of reflection will be also 0 as the angle of incidence is equal to the angle of reflection(law of reflection)
