If the egg is not fertilised then the egg comes out of the women’s body with the lining of uterus which is tissues mainly and this whole process is called mensuration commonly known as periods
This whole process takes 7 days to 10 days to complete
In this women can experience cramps, pain , mood swings because of hormonal change
