what happen when oil is mixed with milk

Milk is an emulsion of mostly water, with some butterfat, but the only reason the butterfat is suspended is that the milk is homogenized, to break the fat into tiny droplets. ... But milkwill never mix with oil as the density ofoil is much more than of milk .......

milk will not mix with oil .oil will float on milk because density of oil is more than that of milk .i hope it will help u
