What happen when we follow Some one??

heya,
when we follow somebody we notify when he/she ask a question.. we will get a notification that "name of user asked you for help".
for example :- i followed you, and you asked a question... so i will be notify and will check the ques by clicking on the notification.. if i know the answer then i will answer it otherwise i will leave it.. 

Note: following system will be work in app only, if you have an app and i dont have the app so i will not get any notification of your question. if i am using app then i will get the notification..
