CO2 helps to make earth warm.If it is decreased ,the earth will become cooler and cooler and life will not be possible.

if level of CO2 will decrease then plants would not be able to get proper respiration during day cycle and it would also affect the oxygen cycle during day time. in short words CO2 is a necessary evil like friction.
