what happened when 5 gram of zinc granules in a dry test tube and added 7gm of ferrous sulphate

Ferrous sulphate is green in color.So,when in zinc is added to ferrous sulphate its green color will fade away.This happens because zinc is more reactive than iron ,it will displaces iron and forms zinc sulphate.

when zinc granules is added with ferrous sulphate then zinc will displace the ferrous coz it is more reactive
