Helen used the sign language to communicate with others. She learnt to nod her head in response to others. However, when others talked and she tried to understand their conversation, she felt disappointed. She tried touching their lips in the hope that she would understand their conversation but she was not able to gather anything. This made her felt angry and inadequate.
