why does electron does not go inside the nucleus when proton attracts it?

That is because the centrifugal force(the force which pushes out on a spinning object) of the revolving electron just exactly balances the attractive force of the nucleus or protons.

It is because there is a strong force ie between the nucleus of a atom and the outermost electron..
Also the centrifugal force that is the spinning act on it....
