1.A cell without ribosomes would not be able to survive As we know that Ribosomes are the protein-building factories in all cells and Living cells use proteins for structural units, as transportation mechanisms between the interior and exterior so without ribosomes protein can't be exist to perform those tasks..

2.there was no Golgi apparatus, the proteins would float around not knowing where to go. Other cells and organs in the body wouldn’t function properly because they didn’t receive the products from the Golgi. For example, a specific type of liver cell called a hepatocyte produces albumin (the main type of plasma protein). The albumin is made almost entirely within the liver. The Golgi apparatus in the hepatocyte transports the albumin out of the liver to become part of the plasma portion of blood. The Golgi also transports VLDL (very low-density lipoproteins), a type of fatty acid, to be stored in adipose tissue (a storage site for fat).

3.Plasma membrane is a selectively permeable membrane that separates and protect the cell contents from the surrounding medium.

If the plasma membrane is ruptured , the Cell Contents may leak out of the Cell and the process of Diffusion And Osmosis will be disturbed which will eventually lead to the death of the Cell and it’s content.
