This is not at all possible because male reproductive system is only created to produce sperms for fusion with the egg cell to form zygote.
So basically it's impossible for males to have a female's reproductive system/organs.
If u asked bout hemaphrodites,they cannot reproduce,I guess.

The main thing that distinguishes a male from a female is the reproductive organ that a person possesses. Other physical characteristics may be misleading.

For example, a male may have a girl-like face while a female may look like a man with lots of facial hairs. Some males possess female like breasts while some females are flat chested. Some males prefer to be dressed like women while some females like to seen in mens' dresses.

So how on earth it can be said that a male has female reproductive system? How can a man become pregnant? That person is actually a female who looks like a male! And appearances are always deceptive !

Hence if he (more appropriately, she) is pregnant, she should visit a gynaecologist at the earliest and make necessary arrangements for a safe delivery. Happy motherhood !!
